- Value Engineering provided by VanPile in collaboration with both the design engineer and owner
- Tripled terminal capacity to over 6 million metric tonnes annually
- Staged construction approach to maintain operational continuity
- Installed three berthing dolphins, two mooring dolphins, and 210 linear metres of crane rail
- Completed gangways and anchored piling as part of marine infrastructure upgrades

Carlson Construction Group’s business unit, Vancouver Pile Driving (VanPile), played a key role in the transformational upgrade of the Viterra Pacific Terminal in Vancouver, helping triple its handling capacity and establish it as one of the most efficient and versatile port terminals in Canada.
