SCOPE OF WORK
- Completed design-build delivery of marine loading platform and berthing dolphins
- Installed 32 steel piles (914 mm to 1067 mm diameter) both onshore and offshore
- Constructed a 67 m-long vehicle trestle and a 26 m × 14 m pile-supported loading platform
- Built a pedestrian catwalk, installed safety features, and completed upland tie-in work and pavement restoration

Vancouver Pile Driving (VanPile), part of Carlson Construction Group, partnered with General Contractor FWS Group to deliver the full design- build of a new marine loading facility. The project included the safe demolition of aging infrastructure and installation of modern marine and land systems to support safe and efficient terminal operations.
