SCOPE OF WORK
- Installed ~1,000 steel pipe piles (914 mm OD, 36 m long) through simultaneous marine and land-based operations
- Supplied and installed a sheet pile wall with tie-back anchors for structural support
- Completed full demolition of marine and land structures, including concrete wharf and vehicle ramp
- Performed ground densification along a perimeter berm and dredged contaminated material with clean backfill
- Installed 17 large 2.4 m diameter concrete caissons for viaduct support using cased, augered, and tremie-poured techniques

VanPile played a key role in the expansion of the Vancouver Convention Centre, delivering heavy marine and land-based construction to support a world-class venue for large-scale events. The work involved extensive piling, dredging, and foundation construction, executed on a tight schedule in a high-profile downtown waterfront setting.
