To support the expansion of the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant from 30,000 to 230,000 residents, VanPile delivered critical ground improvement solutions using Wet Bottom Feed Vibro Replacement Stone Columns. This work enables future wastewater infrastructure to be safely and sustainably constructed.
To accommodate increased traffic demand and population growth in the region, the Highway 99 Steveston Interchange is undergoing significant upgrades. VP Foundations was contracted to complete major foundation work, including deep piling, stone column ground improvement, and structural concrete work for new bridge components.
VP Foundations was engaged by DP World to execute a pile testing program in support of the foundation design for a new Canola Oil Transload Facility, part of planned 2024 construction at the Fraser Surrey Terminal. The work involved precision testing and instrumentation to ensure the foundation’s performance under high loading conditions.
