VanPile contributed to the successful and early completion of Canada's busiest container terminal expansion at Deltaport. The project added a third berth and significant container storage capacity, increasing throughput by 600,000 TEUS to meet growing demand in Canadian trade through the West Coast.

The Harbourside Lot D development consists of four residential towers up to 10 stories high with below-grade parking. Due to challenging soil conditions on site, extensive ground improvement was necessary to meet geotechnical performance requirements. VP Foundations was contracted to install both standard and grouted stone columns to support the structures.
To accommodate increased traffic demand and population growth in the region, the Highway 99 Steveston Interchange is undergoing significant upgrades. VP Foundations was contracted to perform land-based foundation piling inside Neptune Terminals, an active coal and potash export facility undergoing upgrades to its ship loading and conveyor systems.
Due to the close proximity of adjacent structures and a high water table, the replacement of underground fuel tanks required a secure excavation solution. VanPile was contracted to furnish and install a sheet pile cofferdam to enable safe installation of the new tanks while maintaining structural stability and groundwater control.
