NW LANGLEY WWTP DENSIFICATION PHASE 1

HARBOURSIDE LOT D

The Harbourside Lot D development consists of four residential towers up to 10 stories high with below-grade parking. Due to challenging soil conditions on site, extensive ground improvement was necessary to meet geotechnical performance requirements. VP Foundations was contracted to install both standard and grouted stone columns to support the structures.

DP WORLD FRASER SURREY INC. TEST PILES

VP Foundations was engaged by DP World to execute a pile testing program in support of the foundation design for a new Canola Oil Transload Facility, part of planned 2024 construction at the Fraser Surrey Terminal. 7-ELEVEN PETROCAN FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT

Due to the close proximity of adjacent structures and a high water table, the replacement of underground fuel tanks required a secure excavation solution. VanPile was contracted to furnish and install a sheet pile cofferdam to enable safe installation of the new tanks while maintaining structural stability and groundwater control.
