CENTERM EXPANSION PROJECT – DENSIFICATION

As part of the Vancouver Centerm Expansion Project, VanPile executed major marine-based ground improvement works to support the terminal's increased capacity and expanded footprint. The upgrade boost Centerm's handling capacity by two-thirds, improving port efficiency and goods movement across the south shore.

HARBOURSIDE LOT D

The Harbourside Lot D development consists of four residential towers up to 10 stories high with below-grade parking. Due to challenging soil conditions on site, extensive ground improvement was necessary to meet geotechnical performance requirements. VP Foundations was contracted to install both standard and grouted stone columns to support the structures.

STEVESTON INTERCHANGE PROJECT

To accommodate increased traffic demand and population growth in the region, the Highway 99 Steveston Interchange is undergoing significant upgrades. VP Foundations was contracted to complete major foundation work, including deep piling, stone column ground improvement, and structural concrete work for new bridge components.

DP WORLD FRASER SURREY INC. TEST PILES

VP Foundations was engaged by DP World to execute a pile testing program in support of the foundation design for a new Canola Oil Transload Facility, part of planned 2024 construction at the Fraser Surrey Terminal. The work involved precision testing and instrumentation to ensure the foundation's performance under high loading conditions.

CHEVRON CANADA, BURNABY REFINERY – SERVICE CONTRACT PROVIDED 1993 – 2018

Brymark Installations Group served as the annual service contract provider for civil, structural, mechanical, and piping trades across numerous major industrial facilities. With full-time crews on site, shutdown support of up to 200 workers, and capital project execution teams of up to 230, Brymark provided comprehensive multi-trade services. In-house trades included Carpenters, Ironworkers, Labourers, Millwrights, and Pipefitters.
