Carlson Construction Group (Carlson) announces the appointment of Doug Harrison and Gary Herman as Independent Directors to Carlson’s Advisory Board.

Doug is an accomplished international senior leader with a broad background in industrial, business to business and supply chain, strongly focused on strategy, change management and both organic and growth through acquisition. A reputation for developing strong teams and using innovative approaches to differentiate the organization achieving bottom line results. Previous experience includes leadership positions with: Versacold Logistic Services GP, Day & Ross Transportation Group, Acklands-Grainger and Ryder Integrated Logistics. Doug also currently sits on a number of Boards including Crown Corporations, Public and Private Companies.

GARY HERMAN, MBA, ICD.D

Gary is a results-driven, strategic, relationship-focused Executive and Board Member with 35+ years’ experience in manufacturing industries and public sector organizations. Recognized as an exceptional leader, who drives a positive, customer-focused corporate culture and easily connects with all levels of any organization. An experienced Board Director in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.  Previous experience includes Industry Training Authority, Ebco Industries, voestalpine NORTRAK, as well as numerous clients under Gary Herman Consulting Services Ltd.
