Carlson Construction Group (Carlson) is wholly owned and operated by the Carlson Family and celebrated 50 years in business in 2021. Carlson is a distinct contractor that offers services in heavy civil, industrial, marine and deep foundations.
Carlson is one of the largest specialty contractors in British Columbia as noted in Business in Vancouver’s annual rankings. Our group of companies include Brymark Installations Group, Corwest Fabrications, Vancouver Pile Driving, and Aligned Industrial Services.
Vancouver Pile Driving
Vancouver Pile Driving (VanPile) is a Vancouver based general contractor of infrastructure and marine works with 100+ years of specialized experience in deep foundations, ground improvements, concrete structures, environmental remediation, and dredging & shoreline protection. Since 1911, VanPile and its predecessor companies have built many of the major marine facilities along the coastline and inland waters of British Columbia, Canada. VanPile has been under the Carlson umbrella since 1996. It operates a large fleet of specialty marine equipment and self-performs marine works of all types and land based heavy civil construction including bridges, transit guideways, deep foundations and ground improvements.
Corwest fabrications
Based in Port Coquitlam, Corwest Fabrication (Corwest) has more than 60 years of experience fabricating custom high-quality corrosion-resistant alloy pipe spools and custom engineered equipment for a wide variety of industries including: chemical processing, water treatment, oil & gas, bulk material handling, mining, pulp & paper, shipbuilding, and food & beverage. Since being acquired by Carlson in 2016, Corwest is positioned to build on its historical success to continue their tradition of developing and maintaining a leading position in the alloy pipe-spool fabrication industry.
Brymark INSTALLATION GROUP
Brymark Installations Group (Brymark) is an industrial general contractor with expertise covering civil and earthworks, and installations and commissioning of production machinery, bulk materials handling storage, mechanical & structural systems, and associated piping. Brymark has been part of Carlson since 1983 and remains a sought after specialty industrial mechanical contractor.
ALIGNED INDUSTRIAL SERVICES
Aligned Industrial Services provides installations and maintenance services for all industrial facilities including processing, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation infrastructure. Aligned is a full-service mechanical and structural contractor focusing on the safe installation and maintenance of product handing systems, process piping, and heavy equipment around British Columbia.
