Re: Corwest Acquisition Announcement

I am pleased to announce the acquisition of Corwest Fabrications (Corwest) by Carlson Construction Group, effective September 5, 2017.

The acquisition of Corwest is part of the planned growth strategy for Carlson Construction Group, and it will join Brymark Installations Group Inc. (Brymark) and Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. (Vanpile) as a new operating company, Corwest Fabrications Ltd.

I am proud to share this announcement as the acquisition of Corwest enables us to further establish our position of strength in the industrial construction sector specifically, and the heavy construction industry in general.

Also, as a diversified group, Carlson Construction Group continues to be ready to take on the future and is fueled to deliver and grow for our clients and partners.

For Corwest clients and partners, this change in ownership ensures you will continue to receive the high quality you have to come rely while maintaining the client-centred relationship you have established with the Corwest team.

Corwest will continue to operate from their current location at 1545 Kingsway Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 1S2.  They will relocate to our Vito property on River Road in Delta at a later date.
