Modular construction & pipe fabrcation
Modular construction is the process of taking independent units and constructing them together to produce a more complex self-contained structure. CARLSON CONSTRUCTION GROUP has the experience in modularization, which allows more a more cost efficient end-product to its customers. As well, we fabricate all types of piping in a complete range of industrial materials including mild steel, stainless steel and other alloys.
STRUCTURAL
Structural construction is a process of adding stability, strength and rigidity structure to real property, construction of buildings, and mechanical components. CARLSON CONSTRUCTION GROUP possesses years of experience in performing installations and modifications to new and existing structure and equipment systems. This includes the erection of structural steel for buildings and related mechanical assemblies.
Maintenance shut-downs (turnarounds)
Turnarounds (also referred to as maintenance shut-downs) are scheduled events wherein an industrial operation (whether one or more units) is stopped for an extended period to perform maintenance, overhaul and repair. CARLSON CONSTRUCTION GROUP has the experience with power generation, oil refining, petro-chemical, pulp & paper, and port operators. Whether it is emergency, capital, or planned works, we have the workforce capable to handle several hundred workers on short-term or longer term jobs.
Piping
Piping construction enables a system of pipes to convey fluids or gases from one location to another. CARLSON CONSTRUCTION GROUP specializes in industrial piping on all types of projects, whether simple systems to complex cleaned for oxygen processes from the pre-fabrication to completion phases of a project.
